Barretto-Co. was asked to conceptualize, write, and design the highest level marketing communications piece for Adobe's largest product launch in the history of the company.
Our challenge was to communicate the new product offering in a clear
and accessible way AND to inspire creatives. Our solution—a unique
z-fold brochure that presents the product offering in one direction while simultaneously staging a purely visual "workflow" landscape in the
other—the form factor supports the concept of "work" and "flow".
Our long-standing relationship with Chronicle Books has produced two more publications we are eager to share.
Mastering the Grill is a 416-page beast of a cookbook—barbecued beast that is. From equipment (grill types and tools) to fire (wood, charcoal, or gas) to ingredients (meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables), the authors have shared their impressive grilling know-how to explain the whys and the hows—and guarantee the wows—clearly and comprehensively.
The Bunny Book gives a gal everything she needs to know to refine her image and expand her repertoire. With unprecedented candor, three professional Bunnies—one a career-driven diva, one a quintessential party girl, and one happily married—get together and dish on everything.
Baby boomers are emerging as the largest demographic in the country and ELDR seeks to create a community by providing them with the necessary information and resources to properly care for their aging parents.
Barretto-Co. was hired to consult on strategic brand positioning, brand identity, and publication design. We collaborated closely with the founder and editor-in-chief on the "tone" of the brand and all of its expressions—identity system, trade show booth, brand guidelines and the design and production of the first issue expected on newsstands in June/07.
